At Hedingham Castle, the price we quote for your wedding is as comprehensive as we can make it - no hidden costs or surprise extra charges, we strongly believe that transparency is key to a successful partnership with all of our wedding couples.

Our fees cover everything listed below and include VAT at the current rate†. We will explain as clearly as possible if any extra charges may apply and why. For full inclusions, please scroll to the bottom of the page or click through to each price list.

VENUE HIRE ONLY

WEDDINGS WITH MARQUEE RECEPTION
Capacity: 150 guests + 50 additional evening guests
Minimum 70 adult guests

What’s included:

  • The Garden Cottage for pre-wedding preparations and overnight stay for newlyweds

  • Our Mercedes car for transport from the Cottage up to the Castle for your ceremony

  • The use and set up of the Castle’s Garrison Floor and Banqueting Hall for your Ceremony,
    or Lakeside Terrace & Lawns if having an outside ceremony

  • Use of grounds for your wedding photography

  • The use of the Hall, Ashurst Room and Lakeside Terrace & Lawns in the Georgian House for
    your drinks reception and the Ballroom Marquee and Tulip Lawn for wedding breakfast and
    evening party

  • All linen, tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery and glassware

  • All hospitality staff

  • The services of your personal Wedding Coordinator for the duration of your booking
    Not included: food and drink costs or the Registrar’s Fees.
